WARNING!- spoiler for Just Friends

boy:  want my last cookie?
girl:  thank you! *starts sharing with another boy* you're such a good friend
boy:  the bestest!....oh shit.

i think that if you're a guy, you should go see the movie.  all guys relate to it in some way, its hilarious, and elementally true!  hahaha i think this is the new Anchorman

well, went to the mall last saturday with eddie and larry, but larry left to go jam with Aaron Chen [the criminal in Monday bulletin]  so fate came and we bumped into john eckman, joseph, jacob, alex, and the 50 other ppl from band who came to the mall.  damn, and andrew liang saw the HAs from the "I'm Yours" video lol, well let's see how my weekend was:

yup, besides watching the funniest movie since wedding crashers [ i havent seen 40yearold virgin yet] and laughing-til-i-died with my friends, my weekend was...bleh

xanga updated...scroll down to watch senorita video.  you know you like justin timberlake .  i'm not the only dude that likes him...just the only one to admit it xD

alright, so last friday [not sep 30, but the one before] alex and i went over to joe's to chill, when larry wouldn't come and held us back from the awesome wilson-victory football game -_-  later, went to mesa and joe went "ey guys, wanna go to 7 11?"

halfway through, i joked around saying "dude, let's just go to vons"
surprisingly, we ended up at vons.  its so fun to go with your friends when your parents arent around!  lol we came back with chips, pretzels, and cookie crisps.  now, that's some good sh*t!  hahaha later we chilled on his couches watching andy milonakis or whatnot when joe goes "dude...i want something to eat"

*pauses for a bit*

"oh snap, i have cookie crisps!"  *runs to the kitchen, grabs a bowl*

hahaha oh man. i wish i bought something but i was dead broke that day

this past week was awesome too.  leaving home to "work" on the english project?  what can be more fun than wasting our time listening to some zeppelin and kanye west while phoning john eckman?  hahaha good times working with maveric, liang, and wesley at wesley's house.  squirt and food was good too!

on top of that, smallville's getting more comic-like and lois is hot and awesome. everybody hates chris is funny...but havent turned on the tv in a while...not since chapelle left.  damn you chappelle, why'd you have to leave?  now wayne brady really is gonna take your show.  "I'ma get my show back!"

but its been good talking to ppl at school.  talking to campos and crystal is fun during PE, and nothing's better than playing b-ball with your friendgirl's lil bro lawrence lol

per2 is my funnest class!  its so fun to laugh at stupid stuff with josh koo and john for an hour straight lol and we literally don't do anything.  it's freaking study hall/Morongo in there hahaha [its cause we're being supervised by a part-time worker at playboy. seriously!]

all the other classes are eh but whatevers

school's alright

awesome weekend

i was at frisco's with my guys [john, jo, alex, eric] and i gotta tell you, its damn good.  the environment, the sports on tv, the girls on rollerblades, the old music is so awesome and carefree!  so if you ever have a chance, take your friends out and go eat there, you'll be stress-free after

so i went out to eat dinner with larry and his family and jing and her family at this upscale chinese restaurant, while a wedding took place.  i saw at one of the tables all these small boys dressed in suits talking and fooling around with each other.  mustve been the parents that forced them to come, then the kids met the other kids and made new friends.  i miss those times.

sunday, ate fried chicken and $15 worth of moon cakes at my cousin's house.  mmm, moon cake

whenever you're in a feel good mood, listen to these songs:
john mayer- no such thing
foo fighters- learn to fliy

I remember 2 years ago, of my first days at wilson like it was yesterday.  Damn, computer class was awesome [we had good A/C summer before freshman year]  I met new ppl that i still enjoy talking to today, like Bryan Lee and Yuri, i always woke up two hours before 10 when class started, ate a bowl of sugary cereal and blasted my tv speakers to mtv or played cs.  man, those were the times.

*NOTE: IF YOU DON'T WANT TO READ THIS NEXT LONG BLOCK ABOUT MY TIMES IN BAND, SKIP IT

not to mention band.  oh man, band sucked when i first started, but only because i looked at the pessimistic sides.  despite having to carry "lil jon" around and all the hours, i met some new ppl.  and these new ppl turned out to be the coolest group i have met since the beginning of my high skoo' caree' hehe.  i remember talking to liz about how much better the food was compared to our middle schools/ fights about how rap was better than rock [i preferred rap to rock back then, but now i'm completely switched]/ and how badly our left shoulder hurt...although it didnt really hurt to the point where i wanted to complain, i just wanted to break the silence. of course, i met a lot of other cool ppl, as well as get closer to ppl i already knew too:  darryl, the "jolly" drum major, kimi the korean girl who hated kimchi, Josh Choe, Kevin Wei and i starting spam but never getting to do so cause of tournaments, Sam Ogawa, Lex, Jessica Chaney, Raymond, doug, NiCCole, Kyle Brovlaski [jk, it was just Kyle], Wesley, and all these other ppl i don't remember.  i was a shy guy during those times. then band camp came, and it was fun..the groups, the icebreakers, the stretches, the mercy on the freshman...it's all fuzzy memories to me...like pieces of a puzzle of a painting missing here and there but the picture is still beatiful.  sorry for being so cheesy, but its true lol  but yeah band was alright.
then school came, practices at night took up my time, and the football games weren't fun at all, for the fact the we were dressed in uniforms and were restricted.  i was getting sick of band, but i always remembered that my cousin Daniel asked me "you didnt do tournaments yet?  watch...when they start, that's when band starts to get fun"
and it DID.  damn! it was fun...we fooled around so much during tournaments.  absolutely NOTHING was better then getting into our street clothes and being nearly %100 UNrestricted, waiting in line for the works potato, and sipping on our drinks during the whole show, talking back and forth, passing beach balls to each other.  i can't even describe the fun and relief we were having when we got into our street clothes after we finished our show.  its a lot like going home after a swim practice, taking a nice hot shower and going to a baseball game.  yeah, totally.  the cool thing was that we were part of the whole tournament, and it was at night.  i guess that's why it felt so comfortable:  practicing for 45 min before our show, having our show, and finally being able to take off our suspenders and jacket and getting into our street clothes in the bus.  then coming out, grabbing a good snack, and sitting down on cool seats at night, when no lights could hurt our eyes, and being surrounded by fellow band ppl.

END.  that wasn't even all of it but w/e

yup...freshman year.  i remember when myspace was never heard of and everyone wrote in their xangas damn near everyday...talking about the sweet headshot they got in cs or project they did.  time went by, and ppl just stopped.  I will be one of the few who update often.

BUT THE WHOLE POINT OF THIS ENTRY WAS FOR THIS.  SORRY I GOT REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY CARRIED AWAY:

today, i received a phone call at 2 05.  seeing that it was alex, i assumed he wanted to go to the gym, but he didnt.  instead, him and jo rushed me to go see a 2 15 showing of The 40yearold virgin.  now i'm glad they invited me, and i really wanted to go, but why call at a late time when you could call later?  i feel i am definitely not alone on this, and this happens a lot to some of my friends, so i made a list of how to handle movies:

1.  its fine to get a ride from someone to the mall.  really, its fine.  its okay to get a ride everytime, too.  but if you can never get a ride for yourself, think of a way to return that favor

2.  i don't care if youre watching a crap movie like stealth, going to the movies is always better when you have a meal before or after it.  i remember when we met up with john, jasmine, eddie, and jessica to go watch Chocolate Factory.  That was one of the best times that i went:  Jo alex and i worked out at the gym, took showers, and got to the mall.  we ate a nice meal without rushing, and watched the movie.

+ maybe someone in your group of friends always says something like "go early?  then what the hell are we gonna do for an hour?" remind him of the last time you guys came "on time" [on time as in ENTERING the mall at 4 when youre showing is at 4 05.  that's gonna toast up a headache.]

+then there was a time when we really did go at 4 when there was a 405 showing, and we came in after the title rolled.  i was pissed.  so was everyone else.

+i remember one time when it was just me, eddie, jo, and jasmine.  that was also one of the best:  ate at johnny rockets, a nice meal, then played halo for a whole hour before our movie started.  that was awesome

3.  don't blame someone in your group for not being organized, chances are, you prob picked up his bad habits.  don't worry, it'll over turn

well, i'm DAMN sure i'm missing something but i can't think right now and i'm smoked from this long entry.  later guys and girls

just a short update for now...i promise to make a nice long one later
